Graphic Design - Stylize a flower

Hi!
I need a freelancer to stylize a photo of a flower into a simple 2 colour drawing (pink and yellow.
Afterwards the flower in the attached photo should look like taken from a Hawaiian design, e.g. the pattern on a shirt or pair of shorts.
The target file needs to be delivered as an Ai and Ps compatible file.
