Artwork and graphics for product blister pack

I am designing a product and will need a graphics for the blister pack. It is VERY similar to these:

Its sex related so you must have a sense of humor. At this stage im putting all the specs together for the manufacturer. I have the dimensions of the blister pack, but i need the artwork for it. I must be able to show the manufacturer exactly how it will look. Must be able to do the illustration for blister pack using pencil first, followed by vectorization. The back will most likely be text or artwork as well but perhaps black and white.
Interested candidates must:
-- speak VERY GOOD English ( This is a must!)
-- be able to do the cartoon artwork . The product is a novelty gift. The artwork is critical.
-- work on US time (I'm in New York)
