Transcribe 20 english audio books to word file

Hello, I need a freelancer who has excellent English listening and writing skills. This project requires 20 audio books to be transcribed into separate text files (ms word). Each audio book is approximately an hour long. I want the work to be completed in 20-25 days. There'll be 5 milestones. 1st milestone for 1st transcription and rest after every 4-5 transcriptions.
