Website Redesign /w some flash work

This project needs to be completed in a 3 week timeframe. We're looking to re-design a current site by changing the look and style, as well as adding some flash navigation. The navigation is to add some nice, cool aspect to the site. Also, we have custom, hand drawn characters that will need to be animated in flash.
The site has about 8 pages of content, not included some pages powered by CMS. There are 4 characters that for animation, doing various actions when the page is opened. I’m thinking something similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] (how the real life people interact, but with drawn characters, instead of the real life people).
All the content is ready for the site, so we just need to re-design done. We also have a full CMS system done with Style Sheets that will need the look re-done to match the re-designed website. We'll implement the CMS into the website created, but the style sheets will need to be created.
Our deadline is about 3 weeks, so I need to make a decision by the end of the week. PLEASE, only respond if you have extensive flash experience, especially with animating static characters. Only responses with good flash examples will be considered.
