236647 Web template customization

I have purchased the below generic website template.

I need a designer to do the following:

1. Import as a header/footer template into Wordpress which I currently use as a CMS instead of a blog.

2. Update the flash menu and header with my site menu named, logo, etc. (Requires Flash 8 skills) THIS IS THE ONLY PART I CAN'T DO MYSELF WITHIN 30 MINUTES SO I NEED QUALITY DESIGNER SKILLS HERE.

3. Create pages and insert the info from the sample pages that come with the template(Contact us, privacy policy etc.) I will replace the sample content with my custom content later but I like some of the layouts/formatting included with the template package.
