Updating and Creating Excitement for Student Travel Sites

We are a small student travel company (staff\\\\\\\'s 19th year) that has many, many student travel ideas. We have two working websites and they have generated income for 7 years. It peaked in the year 2000. Then with the 9/11 terroisim strike that hurt international travel and the advent of discount operators such as orbitz, expedia, etc our market share has been devastated. With no extra money, we have not been able to update and keep current with our 18-24 year old audience the style and music and affilations that could create excitement with our target audience as they view our sites. We have approx. 3 to 5 months to gear up something exciting before students return to fall classes, that is when they start to make their spring break and grad trip plans. We would like to trade a pre-determined dollar amount toward a Cancun, Bahamas, Jamaica, Acapulco or PV trip for next spring (Feb-April) or summer break (May-June). We need someone that has other creative, working sites under his/her belt that we can verify their production of.
