I would like to have my excel sheet clean and all formulas working correctly I would also like some design inputs to ensure that the readability and the presentation is modern sleek and easy to use.
In the athlete dashboard I would like the following
- [ ] An overview of the current performance displayed in a radar chart split in to 5D profile & Strength & Power
- [ ] When they last tested
- [ ] A photo with their basic details
- [ ] What week they are in on the program
- [ ] Next Testing date
4 Week traning plan
- [ ] I will for weekly plan to be more clear modern and sleek looking easy to read
- [ ] I would like a formula built-in to account for the total time spent each week
- [ ] I would like a formula built for the total number of repetitions for each week
- [ ] A drop down menu next to each exercise as seen in the plan
- [ ] I would like a formula built-in to account for the amount of time spent in a specific zone.
I would like the movement profile the 5D profile and strength and power profile to be cleaned up mid modern sleek and easy to read.
Annual training profile I would like a graph to map out how much time they have spent at each intensity and volume level retrospectively.
I would like to speak with someone over call zoom etc to ensure the task can be done.
