Advanced Excel Sheet for Teamwork

I need an advanced Excel spreadsheet created, compatible to both Windows and Mac. It will be used primarily for team collaboration, and should have the following key features:
- Real-Time Editing: The ability for multiple team members to edit the sheet simultaneously, reflecting changes in real-time.
- Task Highlighting: An in-built mechanism for highlighting overdue tasks, enabling focused teamwork and timely task completion.
- Report Creation: A feature that allows the easy conversion of the sheet into plain text. The report should maintain much of the original formatting for clarity.
- Task List: An organized task list creation feature, enabling team members to assign and keep track of tasks efficiently.
The spreadsheet should also be editable as part of a shared worksheet on Teams. I'm looking for someone with strong Excel skills and experience in creating collaborative, user-friendly spreadsheets. Prior experience in creating similar tools for team management or collaboration would be a bonus.
