Manual data entry and MS Acess database creation

Log into an online database (password protect, subscription based), then understand the database tables and relationships.
You are expected to recreate this database in MS access and then manually extract the data and enter it into the newly created database. The tables consist of the following:
1. projects (about 60 fields, approx 850 records in total)
2. project history (on average about 3-5 records, same fields as project)
3. contacts and companies (about 30 fields, about 1400 fields)
4. project roles - 1 project has many contacts
once the data has been entered, we will require to develop search interface for the above tables. I will specify a certain format to output the results
More information will be provided upon selection.
Stage 2 of the project involves creating a web interface to access this data. If you are able to do both stages, please state clearly your price and timeframes.
