CREATE ESRI WORKSPACE

I need you to help create a esri workspace with 42 layers. I currently have a MapInfo workspace that I need to convert over to esri.

Specifically I need you to either perform or advise these tasks:

1) Creating / appending / joining tables

2) Organizing the overall structure

3) Build the workspace to put into a production environment.

4) Set up indexing for fast queries.

This will require working with teamviewer or skype screen sharing during 9 to 5 pacific standard time.
