RPM from engine's vibration

My idea: each explosion in valve cause one vibration. I need a sensor which transfer this vibration to frequency output.

Power source Ucc: 12~24V

Output: rectangle, 0 to Ucc, freq modulation.

I am looking for existing sensor waterproof, dustproof, fit to engine by screw.

OR

design electronic circuit for this device.
