VA / Virtual Assistant to compile list by emailing & calling companies in USA (Real Estate related).

We will provide you script to email to people in order to collect information.
We will give you list of companies to contact and get all the information.
We are paying up to .20 per row and have been getting many quotes from .10-20 cents per line,
We are looking for someone to take our list of several hundred restaurants, retailers, service businesses or dental/medical providers and look up their website, address and phone number and contact them to get information about their expansion plans. (The specific information is provided in the attached letter which can be copied into an email).
(WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PRICE PER CONTACT).
A sample of the information for one business is on the attached spreadsheet. We would like back all of the completed forms and a google spreadsheet with all of the information added to that one spreadsheet.
For some businesses, all of the information will take one line on the spreadsheet since one person handles the entire US for expansion plans. For others, there may be a separate person for each state or for several states. For some larger companies, portions of a state may each have a different real estate manager. We need a separate line for each representative.
Accuracy is very important. So is thoroughness. We would like to obtain the correct information for every company. For companies that have franchisees, we would like the information for each franchisee with 20 or more locations that is expanding as well as the company information.
Please quote us a price for every line of data. For instance, if a company has one person in charge, that is one line. If a company has 30 real estate managers, each with a different area of the country, that would be 30 lines of data.
If the work is fast, accurate and through, we would be interested in providing you with additional work and your updating records on a regular basis.

We will start with a list of about 500 companies to gather information on.
(Each company could be divided into many territories with a separate contact for each territory.)
If work is top notch we will need long term work.

I understand a lot of people charge per hour but for this project we need to pay per line since we need to make sure information is accurate and there is no way to tell how many hours are worked...
We need entire row - no missing information permitted
There is no deadline we would like to see consistent progress and you get paid in full upon completion...
Looking to pay up to .20 cents per line. ( some companies can have many lines and will pay .20 for each one).
