Coding/Script Pine Editor for Trading View backtesting and for alert

I am looking for someone who can write a set of scripts or coding to be used in generating backtest result and alert at Trading View.
Once you've taken the project, I want the scripts to work with my criterias and get the backtest result as accordance to my trading strategy's criteria(s). And the script must also be able to generate "alert" signal on future buy and sell signals.

I need the script to find/filter all past data and future data on every stock markets that matches my criteria(s)*.
This past data could be based on daily chart, 1hr chart, 15min chart or 5min chart. I can choose the timeframe anything I wanted to backtest. And the same timeframes on future data for the buy and sell Alert.
The script(s) must work on any stock markets especially US markets (S&P500, Nasdaq and Dow Jones) and Indonesia Composite (IDX Composite).
For the criteria(s), I will msg directly to the bidders.
The script(s) MUST yield the backtesting result of the accuracy of the strategy (win rate %), the average win/loss and etc on the Trading View backtesting pine editor script. (see attached screenshot #2)
This project is only considered done/successful after it is able to generate the backtesting result based on the above criteria(s) and future buy/sell alert at Trading View platform/website.
