Quiz Game in C with using WinApi

I am looking for a person to programm a simple quiz game for Windows computers.

IT HAS TO BE WRITE IN C (not C++ or C#.) with using WinApi

What i need

The game consists of 5 questions with 4 answer possibilities and should have some score balance at the end.

There have to be an option to inport scores to .txt file

The answers should be selected by mouse click.

A pretty interface of the game is not necessary (simple logo that i uploaded)

I'm gonna need explonation too know what parts of the code are for.

I'm gonna use CodeBlocks to launch it.

And most important thing

IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE NON-SKILLED PERSON DID IT!
