Fix C# Program - Windows Automation

Hello,
I have a C# Program, when developer created it , it was working fine, but later I shifted it on my server where I have installed windows 7
for few days it worked fine, but now it's not working, it's missing few steps and doing some abnormal stuff
I talked with my previous developer he told me it's due to system speed as sometimes it works and sometimes it not
maybe adding delays could fix it, I don't know
but I want someone who can fix that program and make it run on my server (virtual machine)
