ESP32 with ESP-IDF OTA

Hi,
We would like to implement OTA using ESP-IDF (not Arduino).
The project will have 3 stages:
1) Implement OTA using a binary file uploaded through form with an "upload file" field on a website hosted on the ESP32 (set as AP)
2) Implement OTA using a binary stored in the SPIFFS
3) Implement OTA using a binary stored in an external flash IC chip (NOR SPI flash)
ESP-IDF has some examples but not for the above three.
Each stage will have a milestone attached to it. they have to be completed in that order.
