Video on Demand Download Manager

I am looking for someone to develop a Microsoft download manager/video manager to be used on a Videon-On-Demand platform.

A similar application can be viewed here [url removed, login to view] For those who are in the USA, there is also the application of [url removed, login to view] available through the free trial.

I would like a very similar application to [url removed, login to view]

The application should be able to:

- extract DRM information from encrypted files to display relevant information

- automatically delete the file when it expires even if the user changes the computer clock system (can be done for another release)

- the video should be downloaded in progressive download mode allowing viewing after X% of download is completed

- the application should queue download and process request one at a time

- the application will be launched through a html link

I am welcoming a demo. This is quite urgent.
