Development of web site pages based on existing template

Hi guys,
For a new online project I'm looking for a skilled web designer with
some experience (you don't need to be a rock star) designing dynamic
web sites using bootstrap, html 5, jquery. I don't really look for a
coder, but a designer with a strong sense of estheticism and who
understands what ergonomics is.
This project is for two persons.
I will be working on the server side of the project, you will be
responsible for the front-end. At the moment this is a mix of Flask
framework with Ajax, but I intend to migrate it to Ajax completely.
This will be a pay by hour cooperation, with every page discussed
separately. Technical requirements will be provided to you before we
start development of every new page.
An alpha version of the site is already online. Currently there are
only three pages, they will have to be improved from the perspective
of design and ergonomics. The basic CSS exists, and I want to keep the
current style. This will be the base for your work. You will be free,
however, to provide improvements.
This is a small web site with every page counting no more than 500
lines, JScript code included.
