hi i am looking for someone to help me with a very easy program.
i have atached a link above what i am looking for i have completed the hardware but i am looking for some one to help with the software.
you see i will have a camera at the target with a transmitter sending the image back to me 1000 meters away where i have a receiver
and a laptop showing me what is on the target, so when i shoot the target i can see it on the laptop, the americans have this as you will see on the link
each time a bullet hits the target it leaves a small hole the program should identify this and flash it so that i can see my last shot on the laptop
every shot after must be marked 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and so on
next i should be able to interact with the computer like saving data save pictures and save each round with data input from my self
i hope i have made myself understood could you please please come back to me if you guys can help.
