c#/sql ad server needed (heavy js use)

We can talk more detail in your bid response but here is what I need. We have about 2 weeks to build this

Admin area to make new ads

Ads can be image or flash

Ads need to track impressions as they are served from sql

Need to support the dynamic generation of ad sites (different domains) and on each site different ad pages and then on each page we have ad zones

building it this way will keep the server very removed from the

front end where the ads are served

on the target sites we will want to run your js. and in the js we will put in the ID parameter of the site so your system knows what domain this is. then we will embedd the page ID so you know what page this is on the domain, and then we will reference the page zones by DIV classes. so your js will then inject the ad to the ad zone in the right place.

some zones will rotate some images. we can discuss flow for this

zones that have flash wont rotate but will change on page load if there is more than 1 targeted for that zone

Need some reporting and href handling for images and flash objects

Speed is a big deal so I think you will need to be good at working on things that dont all work on the same domain, as well as js that can be embedd on any page (like google analytics)

Again I have about 2 weeks. I am very good at ui so you wont be guessing or drawing a lot, in many cases ill give you html and css to use in your work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
