(i just posted this job, but made a mistake, so i'm reposting. sorry!): I want to convert the attached black N white photo into a graphic (illustrator?) black N white animated "pop art" version. this job should take less than 2 hrs, total (i'm guessing). i've had an artist working on it: he's done a good job, but not quite where i want it. want someone great to make it amazing. sorry, but my budget is tiny on this one. ALSO: i will need artist to sign a 'right to work'/NDA document, confirming that the art belongs to me, once it's done. thank you for your understanding. I look forward to hearing from you!
