I need a website designed for me which will include graphics (PSD), HTML and CSS (must validate). The website will be accommodation related and will also need a logo. I would like the style to be clear and minimal but stylish like a lot of successful web 2.0 projects are. There will be 10 pages which will be needed to be designed but these should all be styled in a similar fashion. Some pages may need to have an accordion effect as to fit more on the page in a clean way. 1. Front page which will include search form for the accommodation buyer. 2. Login page/sign-up. 3 Register accommodation page (for accommodation owners). 4. Register accommodation request (for accommodation buyers). 5. View accommodation page. 6. Results page which will display results. 7. My Account page. 8. Q&A page. 9. Blog page. 10. Book accommodation page.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Needs to be cross-browser compatible. IE 6+, FF 1.0+, Safari 1.0 and Opera 1.0.
