Delphi - PHP xml-rpc connection

**Project:** Client/Server support system.

**Skills needed:** I need someone with experience in xml-rpc / soap.

**Project fase:** My support client application (delphi) is done, and so is my user client application (php). What I need is a server (delphi) to handle requests between the two clients.

**Project purpose:** I want my two clients to be able to communicate live over the internet (text only). All communication must be parsed throw the server.

user client --> server --> support client.

support client --> server --> user client.

**Demands:** The technologi used for communication between the server and the user client (php) must be xml-rpc. This is due to php's lack of options, and ISP's limitations.

Beteween the server and the support client (delphi) its all up to you, could be soap.

## Deliverables

What I want from you is a server which single purpose is to manage the xml-rpc and soap connections between the two clients.

The server must be written in Delphi.

To begin with the server needs to handle no more than 4-5 function calls.

I would like you to use OOP and interfaces where its possible.

I also want the code well documented, not a 200 pages roman, but enough to make sence. Variables , functions, and so on, must have logical names....

The server must be run on Windows XP
