Data Migration into Joomla

I need text-based content taken from pages on an existing website and used to create articles within a new Joomla-based website.

Here is the existing website:

* The Suites/Rates (~24 articles)

* Locations (~20 articles)

* Memberships (~4 articles)

* About (~20 articles)

We require only that the text-based content is copied from the existing site into new articles with the same page titles in the new system.
