Comprehensive Aerial Capture

A program or script that automates the process of capturing a number of aerial photographs from Google Earth and MS Live Earth (now Bing) Birdseye View for a Latitude and Longitude that the user would specify by navigating to the desired location in Google Earth. Output should be JPEG Images geo tagged with Lat and Long. Other output options also desireable

There are a few sources of Aerial imagery public online

1) is Google Earth

2) is Microsoft Live Earth (Birdseye View)

I would like to automate the process of capturing JPEG images of a particular latitude and longitude that I navigate too in google earth, perhaps first an address is entered, and then I choose / center on the exact location after moving and zooming to the right spot. That Google earth image should be captured / exported as a JPEG. After that, I'd want to jump to the same latitude / longitude in MS Live Earth, and capture 5 more images.. The MS LIVE Earth Aerial and the 4 Birdseye views.... Rotate capture, rotate capture...

Captured image files should be named intelligently

project name - source per the attached uploaded images.

I'd want exported images from both google earth and ms live earth (all 4 rotated views in birdseye).. The exported images should be saved to folder of the same name as the project name I originally provide as an input.. The folder save location should be selectable by the application.. but it should default to storing output files in a folder created by the app (named with the user spec'd project name) on the desktop if user doesn't spec a folder location.

Bonus: if The lat and long data from the Google Earth central spot chosen for the original capture can be encoded into the EXIF meta data, like picasa and google earth can now do with geotagging, that would be excellent.. (image attached from picasa properties showing geo-tagged example) images attached are exported from picasa and have been geo-tagged with example project lat / long..

Generating a PDF with all images maximized to an 8.5 x sheet of paper is another valuable output.. (I acheive this using MS XP's built in printer wizard and choosing PDF output) I'd also want to be able to merge a user selectable document into the front of the output PDF document. (that's the site eval form you'll see at the front of the example attached PDF)

The attached archive demonstrates the images I captured from the web for the san diego convention center. 1 straight down from google earth and four birdseye view from BING. I want to automate the capture and organization of these site image into a multipage PDF output, as well as the discreet image file output. I possible, add the lat and long to the exif meta data
