Hello,

We need someone who is amazing at developing custom web applications. We need a custom CRM for a call center. The CRM must be able to handle a CSV import of our customer list, and a history of transactions we\'ve had with each of those customers and display it in the backend.

Our call center revolves around calling customers and signing them up for 4 different yearly subscription plans. The CRM must integrate with our [login to view URL] account to find out if the customer is Active, Inactive in the [login to view URL] ARB and pull their transaction data.

We will also need this CRM to interface with our Five9 calling software. Five9 has an API integration kit with documentation for custom CRMs. Every time a call is made in Five9 it needs to be logged in the CRM under the corresponding customer\'s account.

We will also need other misc features such as different user accounts/roles/access privileges, ticket canning system re-assign . added to the CRM.

Please only bid if you have experience building custom CRM solutions and using APIs to integrate with other CRMs.

You must develop on our server. We want to see the progress of the project and begin using the CRM as soon as possible as different modules are completed.
