Our client is involved in several large-scale construction projects. Each project is comprised of sub-projects, each of which has its own contract price, schedules, milestones, budget, costs, accomplishment reports and profit & loss statements. At present, they use Microsoft Project for the planning and scheduling tasks, but we need a single system that would incorporate all of these requirements.
The software should be developed in Visual Basic 6, with MS Access as database. But we are also open to suggestions on how best to deliver the requirements. The completion period should not be more than one month. We will provide further details should you express interest in this project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
