CodeIgniter + jQuery Multiselect issue with AJAX loading

A simple login page (P1) loads page P2 via ajax using jQuery. P2 needs to display a multiselect option using jQuery Multiselect plugin.

P2 does not render or bind to the Multiselect because it is loaded via ajax. If P2 is directly loaded on the browser, the Multiselect shows fine.

So this looks to be fairly simple. Need you to identify and resolve the problem quickly. I have the codeigniter files ready with the screen, logic and layout. Just need you to fix the multiselect to display correctly. There are just two screens and 1 simple issue.

Promptness and professionalism are my top most priority for this small work. Expect bigger projects coming up in this space.
