Custom word press theme [Link inside]

Hello,

I currently have an outdated website with static information. This project is for a 3 column theme for wordpress to REPLACE my site. I'll do all the importing of content myself but I need the navigation and design created and implemented into a new install of wordpress.

Please include a SAMPLE of MY site as a JPG in your bid. Check my feedback I pay on time and well. If you do not have a sample jpg please do not bid.
