Hi,
I need a centralized apartments booking engine for a vacation agency. I need the software to be developed in PHP and use MySql DB.
The booking engine should be implemented in a site with a centralized database and back office, where we can have personal access and manage apartment periods, prices, offers, availability...etc.
The system should be recalled by the booking box (or link) in every individual apartment's webpage.
Some Features
* separate admin and Back office agents login.
* Setup and configure different apartments and their information: configure days of vacation week (eg. from SAT to Sat), weekly rate periods, rate applicable to those weeks, special offers...
* Show a web page with the price list/offers of an apartment
* Change look and feel of the page to match the application with your own in-house application or website.
* Calendar view to check availability and weekly rates.
* Various Reports. Booking statistics reports to show conversion rate.
* Automated mailing alerts and reminder facility for Back office agents and guest both.
Guest interface should be multilanguage (better if we can add a new language with a language file...)
Admin interface should be in Italian (English version is OK if it's simple for us to translate the code)
We expect you to have previously developed this kind of software and have a core program to modify to our needs. Best of all, to have a demo to show us.
We prefer a:
- a guy for a long term collaboration
- an open code so that will be simple for us to do little layout changes and translations
- an existing hotels booking engine module (same interfaces, for future exstensions)

PLEASE NOTE - We don't need an apartments Portal; we need an apartments booking engine, it wil be integrated in an existing apartments portal.
