Automatic Resume Submission tool in PHP

I will like to get a site similar to [url removed, login to view] Just the features, not the site layout.
I have a list of around 700 Sites(URL's) in which my potential customers will buy credits on my site to post/ submit their resumes to all of those sites. (Paypal credit integration needed)
Potential customer will need to fill a form with all data needed for the submision process and Upload thier resume.
Then script should visit each of the ~700 sites, and post their information on customers behalf.
Once submision is complete, then a report should be e-mailed to customer as a receipt of submission process finished, Including:
Submitted site
date of submission
User submitted
Password Submitted
Report similar to:
