I have a designed a operational process and workflow tool that allows users with various levels of security rights and access, from various locations, to log in to a SQL database where they can create, track, manage, and report on their objects in inventory. There a variety of tables that relate to each other, which track the objects, their locations, metadata, vendor accounts, users info, department info, billing info, dates, etc as well as a maintenance tables and a substantial level of if then rules associated with the object stepping through the various levels of workflow and approvals from one user to the next. The web based user interface should be slick in displaying, manipulating and reporting on the objects' metadata as well as the user associated with it. This product would ideally be developed in .Net or the best web based language that offers excellent corporate security. I already have had the software largely developed in the Powerbuilder language but need to upgrade it for cleaner web deployment. Ideally, the developer will be based in Los Angeles for close collaboration and ongoing business potential, but this is not a requirement. Guessing between 100-200 hours needed to complete.
