Assistance designing & deploying an Amazon Opsworks stack for Magento - open to bidding

We require assistance in designing and deploying a scalable, self healing stack to support running multiple magento sites.
We don't require a managed service! what we would like is to hire someone with previous experience that can help us deliver a scalable solution using Amazon OpsWorks.
We are looking to start with 5 unique websites from a single installation of magento with about 10k products per website. Each website will support multi-language/currency/unique store views. Once we have the systems architecture in place we will then want to scale up.
I'm envisaging there to be the following services / servers - but open to ideas/suggestions;
* ELB load balancer (HAProxy?)
* Frontend Web Servers with Varnish, Nginx, php-fpm, apc
* Backend Web Server (admin, cron, api etc.)
* ElasticSearch cluster
* Elasticache Redis cluster
* RDS Mysql Instance
* CloudFront CDN & S3
* Route53 DNS
