banner adding/aligning issue

I have 3 minor php code issues i want fixing quickly.
- when i add banner code into a section on my site it aligns them center down i need it to align 4 inline (not down)
- i have a section of code that will list related content, it currently display 3 images and when i increase this to say 12 it inserts 12 inline. I want it to align 3 then next row and so on
