Clone of [login to view URL]'s lab function

We simply need a clone of the lab function so we can implement it into our php based cart system (custom developed). We need it to tie into our existing php and mysql database. The mysql table that this will need to tie into will be productid, product image, price, sizes available, color and etc.
The table it will use to place designs must have a spot to store the link of the design they uploaded / created, and must generate either a jpeg, eps or pdf file of the completed design.
You are free to use flash or javascript.
