Create a Wordpress Theme from Illustrator Design

Convert a simple website design into a WordPress theme that is simple to use for non-tech editors. Design is provided in Adobe Illustrator format. A default template starter will be provided, you will be expected to work within some constraints as much as possible as the theme will be supported in the future by staff familiar with this starter theme.
Requirements:
- HTML5/CSS3 valid output.
- Royal Slider for home page photo slider feature (provided w/ documentation).
- Advanced Custom Fields Plugin with Flexible Content for adding content, columns, and photo feature areas - defaults are preset but can be modifed as required.
- All pages follow same template except for the home page which includes a slider.
Developer must be within Canada to be awarded this contract. You will be working closely with our in-house developer to ensure code quality is up to our standards and that the theme can be supported in the future. Potential for ongoing work if results are satisfactory.
