avatar face maker

I am looking for face maker program preferably like Face Maker by Fox Richards below. While I am not sure if the art is his, the script is. I am wondering if anyone has already developed this type of face maker program? Also, if not could some one rip the pictures (which I would give credit to) and just develop the script?

I need this for avatars for a micro blogging site I will work on called talkingabout.com. I am a student so this project is good for people who want to build up their ratings on rentacoder.[
