Alterations to flash T-shirt Designer

I have a t-shirt designer set up on a website that needs some alterations.
The site is on [login to view URL] and if you go click on products then customize it under the t-shirt you will see the t-shirt designer.
The Alterations are mainly cosmetic:
1. Remove the editing tools box and products column.
2. Swap the icons upload/graphics box with the t-shirt design display and make the t-shirt design display much larger.
3. Add in the functionality to select different sizes if more than 1 item is ordered. Eg some one wants a custom t-shirt with 2 large and 1 small. I don't mind if this is done in the flash or php on the next page.
Looking for this to be able to be completed within 20 day @ $700 or so.
