Damaged Lotus Notes database

I have a Lotus Notes database. One file from the database was delete. I achieved to recover it, but it was damaged - I was unable to open or to fix it in Lotus. It seems it has the header damaged (overwritten by some html file), and I think, it has severel more megabytes. The backup I have is more than 1 year old, but after analysed the file it seems that the size will be the same: 8912896. The version of Lotus Notes is 4.51. So what I need is recover the database file.
