Right now a client comes to the website of [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view], submits their name/email/etc. and sees the agreements. They have to print out and fax.
While we would like this print out and fax to still exist, we would also like you to create an entirely online signup process where the person can fill in information, save it, come back and edit, approve, digitally sign, etc. just like is being done at: [url removed, login to view]

Please give us URLs of 2-3 online signup processes you have done in .ASP as the website is IIS and currently in ASP.
There also needs to be an admin area where we can see pending applications, number of email reminders sent to each person, stop the email reminders, add notes to the application info (for our viewing only), show on our existing report of leads that this person based on linking email also has submitted an application, as well as encrypt the financial banking info and SS # of the applicant.
We need to be able to see a list of:
Clients who have filled out part of the agreement
Clients who have filld out all of the agreement and need payment information

lick from admin side to log in and help fill out information for client
View the signed agreement online (or print) from admin side
Re-email the admin agreement to client by clicking a button
After client signs agreement, the signed agreement cannot be changed without entering a special "Owner" password.
Allow the admin to change total retainer and installments so that it appears in agreement. This requires a manager password.
On the agreement, when the person is filling in information, use intelligent
error checking (for example as they fill out each field) or a ? mark next
to it to help the user click on the ? to see a hover popup with answers
to frequently asked questions about filling out that field
