Developement on customized J2.5 component "CBMailing"

CBMailing is a Joomla mailing component using lists from Community Builder to send e-mail. CBMailing exists as a Joomla 1.5 component ([url removed, login to view]), but I have already customized it to be compatible with Joomla 2.5.
All requirements for this project are outlined in the attached Word document. Please only bid if you are sure you can complete all the requirements!
Upon awarding the project (or upon request) I'll send the customized Joomla 2.5 CBMailing component you will develope further.
