Hi,
I am looking to create a website that is updatable by the client but not going as far as a CMS such as Joomla, I want to use some form of WSIWIG editor through PHP or similar so as there is no training or learning required for both myself and the client.
I will be designing the website using a basic HTML/CSS setup and all of the elements required are to be SEO, i-phone/i-pad friendly.
Here is a list of what is required page/content:
Home (text+basic introduction)
Galleries (3 updatable galleries of text, slideshow + manual controls and possibly sound, see attached image - possibly a jQuery or similar but must be embed unlike Lightbox)
Video (Embeded Vimeo videos, see attached image)
Bio (Basic text/background information)
Blog (A non-blogger/tumbir/twitter style blog - the blog is to be built into the website, see attached image...I do not want a commercial blog!!)
Contact (Basic contact details, possibly a form)
Tearsheet (this is possibly not going to happen and will be added to the blog page)
I am able to deal with the structure creation of most of this site along with embedding vimeo videos, however I am looking mainly for help with the CMS, galleries and blog.
Please note the image attached is only a rough idea of how things will be set out but it will be a basic layout with nothing complex going on, again the Tearsheet page will more than likely be getting dropped.
I am looking to keep the cost down so would be grateful if you could PM me with your proposal on the best way to complete this project 'together', if you wish to place a bid based on completing all aspects then feel free.
