Basic C#.NET Functionality to Complete a Project

I'm looking for a C#.Net professional to do a few simple things so that I can launch the following website:

1. I need somebody to write all the code so as to make the "Request Free Quotation" contact form section within this landing page work - which is located at the following location:
[login to view URL]
In other words, when somebody fills out this form and hits the "Submit" button then I should get an email. Please notice that this form has captacha functionality that you'll need to implement also.
2. This landing page also needs to have an Ajax Popup Window display whenever the user clicks one of three "more info" hyperlinks. Of course when the user clicks the close button on the Ajax Window that the popup window should close back down.
3. I need the following contact us form to be also made fully functional:

Of course, I should get all the email messages from people using these 2 contact forms.
4. I need to have basic URL Rewriting implemented so that all .aspx pages can be displayed as .htm for SEO purposes.
5. I need to have some basic image changes done on the slideshow that's on the homepage. Currently there are 4 slideshow images that needs to get replaced with 10+ new ones. The images are all done and everything - I just need somebody to make the change.
That's it - this is a real basic project for those that have the right skillset. Thanks...
