compile caffe library in linux

hi i am not a linux user and just want to use this library in python but have problems compiling it. Since I am a novice I assume it is a very simple task for a knowledgeable linux dev.
i need this library installed:

I have managed to install all libraries myself except two which show some errors which I dont know how to resolve.
I require from the coder that these two statements work on my machine without errors:
- make all
- make pycaffe
