Create rDNS entry in WHM to help with outbound emails being blocked

Looking for a server admin that is capable of making some DNS changes to help us combat our emails automatically going into the spam folders of our clients OR being blocked by the mail server.
More specifically, we are currently being blocked by large email providers such as comcast and charter by csi.cloudmark.com. The suggestion was to update our rDNS on our IP to be something specific to our organization rather than the generic pattern we have assigned from our host.
Any other suggestions to help us combat this from happening again will be helpful as well. If all goes well we can continue working on other aspects of network security.
