Browser Compadibility - Full Screen Bakground Video & Iframe need troubleshoot

Sorry for the low budget... this is for a personal art project. Please, bid as low as you can. If you like this kind of random artistic projet, I will have other similar project for you.

The project : [url removed, login to view] - This is a full screen random video with Iframe over it. The Iframe have Twitter feed inside it.

Problems :

On Chrome, the video do not start, it freeze on the first Frame

In Firefox, the video start, but the Iframe is cropped.

Other browser always have bug or freeze...

TASKS :

- I need an expert in browser compatibility and Web standard to make this project work on all modern browser. It must work *perfectly* on all recent version of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE9.

- After some time, the twitter feed freeze.. it must always load new feeds. Never stop.

- There is a javascript to disable link. It must always work. Something ,we can still click on some links.

- You must also clean the code the most as possible to make it faster.
