custom html website (full and mobile)

-Objective

To build a mobile version of a current website, but also re-organize the current full website so that any updates (mostly content-wise) made would only be made once to update both at the same time. Content such as pricing details to be stored on attached javascript files.

*****BOTH websites should be built with html and javascript only. I don't want php or whatever.

Can propose html5 although will have to be tested on the web server.

Not sure if jQuery works on my web server.

Currently storing some data and content on simple Javascript arrays and I mostly want to keep it that way, unless

you have a better idea that doesn't require me to upgrade my web server. (This content/data in javascript is being

used quite abit all over current website, including the headers and footers)

Only using html, javascript, perl and php

Any new stuff would have to be tested first

I want to store data on javascript js files attached to the html page and I want both the full

and mobile websites to access this js files to get product pricing and other details

1) index (auto slideshow with next/prev buttons)

3) order (retrieve shopping cart details, send order via email) (no payment gateway)

***have to use current BFormMail perl script to send email***

4) thank you page (after ordering)

5) policies (info page) (I must update only 1 time which will reflect on both full and mobile policies pages)

(single product view)

price list, add to cart, shopping cart cookies

(multi product view) product catalog (price list, fillings list, add to cart, shopping cart cookies)

(multi product) (full website) table of products, 2 columns with price details and Add to cart

(multi product) (mobile) table with only 1 column, user must tap on a product before he can move on to price details and add to cart

e.g. one price list for both full and mobile sites, so I don't have to update twice for both full and mobile

layout catering for more popular smartphones such as iphone or android phones

No website management software!

Please go ahead and ask questions as this website tends to be quite different from anything on the internet. Because I have already ruled out using stuff like Magento or using any of those online website creators.
