Need a chained javascript code implemented. All the questions are yes/no. Very basic design will do.
Eg:
Question 1 : yes/no -> if yes then display question 2, if no then display the result
Question 2 : yes/no -> if yes then display question 3, if no then display question 4
...
The final question will be a set of 5 yes or no questions.
Attached logic and flow diagrams for review. Please review them and mention the final logic to know you are not spamming. Would expect a very quick turn around.
