i need you to build a small windows program to download an exe file from a website url and run it.
Please note this program file size should not exceed 800KB.
This program should run on all windows 32 bit and 64 bit OS.
Payment will be made only after testing it in all 32 and 64 bit OS including windows server 2003 and 2008
As the main file is being downloaded a progress bar should show in the image attached here with.
