Connect Wowza stream to HTML5 and JW player

I need help connecting Wowza to a client via HTML5 <video> and JW Player. I have a developers account and have everything set up. I just cant figure out why the client wont play the video. I put the correct url "http:localhost:/1935/vod/mp4:[url removed, login to view]" and may other variations of it from research I did on the internet, but NOPE I get nothing. I am looking for 1 hour consulting on how to get going with Wowza so I can begin to create whatever I want.
